AutoAsmis a program that creates LWM polygons (water or land) and VTP lines (roads, streams etc), as well as other scenery objects for use in FS2002 and FS2004. The input data is always in the form of a colour bitmap, though several data formats can be imported and converted to suitable bitmaps.
The following scenery objects can be created:
· LWM polygons for water or land.
· VTP lines for roads, streams, railways etc.
· VTP areas.
· Terrain mesh.
· Landclass.
· Objects such as trees or buildings linked to VTP lines (similar to vector autogen).
Many thanks to Jim Keir who gave me permission to include LWMViewer in
the package. LWMViewer is a perfect companion to LWM/VTP creation
programs. AutoAsm includes an LWMViewer button. After creating your
new LWM/VTP scenery bgl’s, click on the button to open LWMViewer and
view your scenery. If there are any problems with your input data it
will be immediately apparent!
Note: Apart from a few minor fixes, the major new feature
(for v1.0) is support for dynamic
objects. You can now add ground traffic moving along roads as well as moving ships
and flying aircraft. You can also add moving trains.

BGLXML 1.8 is an utility which disassembles BGL files into
the new FS2004 format
and produces an XML file to be compiled with Microsoft BGLCOMP (from
the FS2004 SDK).
Besides disassembling all BGL records, it is also able to extract .MDL files from
ModelData sections. This utility is freeware and open-source, licensed under
GNU-GPL to help developers understand the new FS2004 BGL structures (contributors
are welcome) - please read the documentation for important info. Also includes
XMLSHELL, a GUI program for controlling bglxml from Windows Explorer.

BusyObjects framework exploits a new way of animating objects in
static FS2k+ sceneries. It allows you to play animations at varying
speeds, begin (and end) animations at any time, reverse animations and
